Here at Gtscientific LLC we have 3 core operations. We are an advanced machine shop located in Honolulu, HI. We have 6 CNC machines including 5 axis and 11 axis mill turn. The bulk of what we do is machining with a bit of product development/product design and fabrication/welding/surface grinding/heat treating/Cerakote/laser engraving. We mail out parts to anodizers, coaters, black oxide companies, etc on a monthly basis.

1. Job shop work (parts in orbit right now, defense components, fabricated and welded components, marine components, university research components, department of energy components, rapid prototyping, on and on. Both in state and out of state. Feel free to ask us for an RFQ. We work in all materials from tungsten alloys and titanium to plastics and aluminum. Most of the time the machines are cutting Gr5 titanium or aluminum.

2. OEM. Original equipment manufacturer. We also do production runs at competitive rates for customers. These range from heat sink components in AC units, everyday carry items, to aftermarket bike parts. We are implementing robot loading with our CNCs to achieve lights out 24/7 production to stay competitive with the rest of advanced manufacturing around the world.

3. We also make our own products. This is necessary to scale the business and to ride out the feast and famine nature of manufacturing. These range from the artisan goods on our Etsy store to industrial workholding (hardened stepped jaws for Orange Vise). Whatever inspires us that we also use and can be a part of a sustainable business model we push to make available for the public.
